Yesterday it was first day of Spring so it's about time to update our wardrobe and get rid off thick coats, warm, knee high boots and what's more important those woolly hats, scarfs and gloves. It's time to put a little bit of colour into our outfits.

Still favourite is denim and here, not only jeans and jackets but we're talking about dresses, skirts, shirts and culottes. Pastel shades are in too which I'm glad as they give ordinary clothes a bit of a lift.

What do you think about those beauties?

The stuff from the pictures can be found here , here and here .

One of the other positive thing about Spring and Summer is that we can show off new footwear and SS16 brings a lot of vibrant colour as well as nude shades into our wardrobe. As I'm only a small size myself, could probably get away with kids shoes ( oh yes small size UK3 (EUR35.6) So far I have my eyes one these few:

You can find these little beauties here .

What are your favourites for Spring/Summer, or don't you follow fashion at all?

Essie Nail Polish

When it comes to nail polish I'm not a fan of full acryllics or gel ones. The only one that I find not damaging my nails would be shellac which usually lasts me up to 3-4 week chip free. However, when I'm short on time but still want my nails to look lovely I turn for Essie Nail Polishes which in my opinion are one of the best ones on the market. They usually last on my finger nails for about 7-10 days which is a good running comparing to others ( similar price ones).

My favourite colours so far are:

What are your tried and tested nail varnishes? I'd like to hear your voice :)

Wedding hairstyles

This is another very popular topic. What hairstyle to choose for the big day? I was trying to work out what I would like and what is in fashion at the moment and of course some timeless pieces which will never go out of fashion. I found these worth having a peek at ;)

Now all we need to do is to grow healthy hair and find a good, talented hairstylist ;)

Hair Trends

London, Paris, Milan and New York Fashion Weeks are bringing new hair trends. As I've noticed stylists are concentrating on more natural looking hair which is a really good thing for our weaves. We can see lovely, smooth, straight and wavy hair with some plaits in it. There are some fancy hairstyles that involve a bit work work on your plait skills but the end effect is worth it.

What I also noticed that stylists has re-vamped ponytails. Ordinary one has got a twist and they look really good. Have a look at these ones:

And of course a bit of volume on the best models which looks so effortless and fresh.
Do you take up any ideas from the catwalk? I love to do it and follow some new looks not only hairstyles but fashion and make up.

Cup of tea

Anyone fancy a nice cuppa?

Herbal tea that is actually not only good for our body and mind but the one that helps us maintain healthy, strong hair. Oh, yes please.

The best ones on the market are definitely:

Horsetail Tea- the silica which can be found in horsetail helps promote hair grow, strengthen it and also improves the circulation which leads to improved health of hair follicles. Moreover,  The herb rejuvenates the hair, adding sheen to the appearance and strength to the hair shafts. Horsetail also contains appreciable amounts of selenium and cysteine which are known to prevent hair loss and promote hair regrowth. Both of these active agents contribute to health hair follicle cells and prevent free radicals from damaging these cells.

Nettle Tea- is packed with Vitamins, such as A,C,D, K and of course B which is so important for healthy, strong hair. The main benefit in consuming this lovely herbal tea is that, same as horsetail, improves circulation and reduces hair shedding. What is more, it works great against itchy scalp or dandruff.

Fennel Tea- is rich in antioxidants including quercetin and kaemptorol as well as essential oil compounds like chavicol, limonene and anethole, which are vital for luscious hair. It's also full of Vitamins C, A and Bs that protect from free radicals and scalp irritants. The minerals that can be found in fennel seeds prevent our hair from premature greying too.

I'd love to know what if any herbal teas you drink, please share your thoughts here xoxo
